1. Non-Refundable Intellectual Property (IP) Fee
Because your Wyoming Rescue Fleet relies on proprietary blueprints and strategies, a portion of the payment is a Licensing Fee.
Policy: Once the "Proprietary Fleet Protocol" has been delivered or accessed digitally, the Licensing Fee (typically 15-20% of the contract) is non-refundable.
Reason: This protects your IP so a client cannot buy the plan, read your secret strategy, and then "return" it.
